360 Tours for Business · Vancouver Island

The door
never closes.

A 360 tour is your space with the lights on, at any hour, from anywhere. People wander in, look around, and decide to come for real.

360° tour

Drag to look around, any direction. An illustration standing in
for your space; the real one is built from photos of yours.

Available now

See your space in VR, built from your photos.

Send us photos you already have and we turn them into a 360 walkthrough you can stand inside. No shoot, no appointment. It shows in the headset at our Qualicum Beach lounge and embeds on your own website, from $199.

🥽
Our VR lounge

Your space in the headset at our Qualicum Beach lounge, in front of members planning time in the area. Full-resolution, stand-inside-it 360, the way a photo can never show it.

In the headset · from $49/mo
🖥️
Your website

An embed plus a ready-made page, so the same walkthrough lives where you already send people: your site, your booking page, your socials.

Add-on · $100

Built from your own photos, so it's a reconstruction, not an on-site capture. We review your photos and tell you honestly whether the coverage is there before quoting. Google Maps comes later, once we bring the camera.

The demo

We're our own first client.

We wouldn't sell a walkthrough we haven't built for ourselves. Our storefront in Qualicum Beach is the first one in the lounge, made the same way yours would be.

Better yet, come by. Put the headset on and see your own street the way a visitor planning a trip sees it. Ten minutes in the lounge explains this better than any page can.

Who it's for

Built first for tourism.

Travellers pick from a map, and the space is the product: the room, the tasting bar, the view from the deck. That's where a tour earns its keep first. It works for any business where the room is part of the decision.

🛏️
Hotels & B&Bs
Rooms at real scale, not wide-angle tricks.
🎡
Attractions & experiences
Give trip planners a reason to add you to the day.
🍷
Wineries & breweries
The tasting room is the product. Put it in the listing.
Cafés & restaurants
The room sells the table. Show it before they choose.
🖼️
Galleries & studios
Give the collection a walkthrough, not a thumbnail.
🛍️
Retail
Let browsers wander the aisles from the search result.
💈
Salons & spas
Calm, clean, and current. Let them see it before they book.
🧘
Gyms & studios
New members want to see the room before walking in.
How it works

Three steps, no appointment.

1
Send photos

Email the photos you already have of your space, or call and we'll tell you what to grab on your phone. We review them and send a fixed quote. No site visit needed.

2
We build it

We turn your photos into a connected 360 walkthrough and send you a private preview. Nothing goes live until you've signed off.

3
It goes live

Your walkthrough lands in our VR lounge and, if you want it, embedded on your own website, ready on any phone or desktop.

Coming this fall

Then we bring the camera.

From this fall we shoot custom 360 photography on site: the real thing, captured point by point through your space. It's the step up from a reconstruction to a true walkthrough, and it's what puts you on Google Maps. Want first pick of the calendar? Tell us and we'll come to you first →

Then, Google Maps

And your space goes on the map.

Once it's shot on site, the walkthrough publishes to Google Maps and your Google Business Profile, so customers step inside straight from the search result. It's the secondary payoff of a filmed tour, and the numbers are why it's worth having:

44%
of business searches happen on a map, not a website.
Listings with photos and a virtual tour are twice as likely to generate interest.
41%
of place searches end in a visit to the business.

Google listing tune-up

Or just get your Google listing sorted.

Most local listings are half finished. We complete the hours, categories, attributes, description, and photos, so the profile you already have starts working. It's free with any filmed tour, or $99 to $149 on its own if the listing is all you need.

Pricing

Straightforward pricing.

Reconstructions are live now. On-site capture opens this fall. Every job is quoted before we book it; the range covers size and complexity. Prices in CAD.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

Can you do a tour without an on-site shoot?
Yes. We can build a 360 reconstruction from photos you already have of your own space, from $199. It shows in our lounge and embeds on your website. Because it's a reconstruction from your photos rather than an on-site capture, it doesn't go to Google Maps. We review your photos and tell you honestly whether the coverage is good enough before quoting.
What's the difference between a reconstruction and a filmed tour?
A reconstruction is built from photographs you supply of your own space, for use in our VR lounge and as a website embed. It's live now. A filmed tour, opening this fall, is shot on site with a professional 360 camera and published to Google Maps and your Google Business Profile. Reconstruction is the way to start today; the filmed tour is the one that gets you found on the map.
Can you just fix my Google listing?
Yes. A Google Business Profile tune-up covers hours, categories, attributes, description, and photos, from $99 to $149, and it's free with any filmed tour. For a lot of businesses it's the fastest thing we can do to help people find them.
How long does the shoot take?
About an hour on site for most small and medium spaces. Large or multi-floor properties are booked as a half day. Processing and publishing happen off site; your tour is typically live within days.
Do I need to close for the shoot?
No. We usually shoot before you open, when the space is empty and the light is even. If that doesn't work, we can shoot around quiet periods.
What about customer faces and privacy?
We shoot when the space is empty. If anyone does appear in a panorama, their face is blurred before anything is published, in line with Google's Street View policy.
Is there a monthly fee or subscription?
The walkthrough itself is a one-time price. Once on-site capture launches and we publish to Google Maps, it stays live there at no ongoing cost. The only monthly is optional: keeping your space in our VR lounge rotation, from $49/mo, which you can start or stop anytime.
Will a virtual tour improve my Google ranking?
A tour doesn't guarantee a higher ranking, and anyone who promises that is selling you something. What it does is make the listing you already have work harder: in Google-commissioned research, listings with photos and a virtual tour were twice as likely to generate interest.
Does the tour work on phones?
Yes. The tour opens in Google Maps and Search on any phone, tablet, or desktop. No app to install, nothing for your customers to download.
How often should the tour be refreshed?
When the space changes: after a renovation, a rebrand, or a seasonal refit. Get in touch and we re-capture what changed and swap it in.
What area do you serve?
Qualicum Beach and Parksville first, since that's home. Anywhere on Vancouver Island by arrangement; travel is included in the quote so there are no surprises.
Who you're dealing with

A storefront, not a call centre.

We're a travel company with a shop in Qualicum Beach. The person who answers the phone is the person who shows up with the camera, and you can walk in and meet us before you spend a dollar.

The tours feed both sides of what we do: your space gets found on Google, and travellers planning a visit can step inside it from our lounge. Local businesses looking good online is good for everyone sending visitors their way.
