Set up for you — we open and configure your booking software, connect your calendars, load your rates, and test a real booking. The account is in your name.
Found on Google — listed on Google Vacation Rentals, where travellers book straight with you. Google charges nothing for the referral. In Direct Complete.
360 tour, photo and drone — filmed on site with Direct Complete, plus a year on the headset in our lounge.

Building the channel is the cheap part. Filling it is the work. Add Direct Growth when you want us running the paid search, paid social, and repeat-guest email that keep the calendar full, and drop it when you do not.

How it fits: keep Airbnb and Vrbo for new guests who have never heard of you. Send everyone who already knows you to your direct channel, where their second and third stays cost you nothing. Prices in CAD, quoted before we start. Booking software is billed by Lodgify, not by us, and the account is yours. Direct Start is set up remotely; the on-site filming in Direct Complete is limited to driving range of Qualicum Beach.
